Please note that pre-scheduling appointments is highly encouraged as walk-ins and last minute appointments are not typically available.
Good news! This doesn't happen around here very often. I mitigate this by ensuring ample time for our consultation so that we're both on the same page with the plan we're designing together. In the off chance that I miss the mark though, I offer complimentary adjustments up to 14 days post-service. Fun fact! I used to be a pre-school teacher. I actually LOVE kids! That being said, my studio is quite small and I don't have extra seating. If you're visiting for an appointment that's less than two hours, I would say your little one is welcome, and I even have a small basket of activities that he or she entertain with. But if your appointment is going to be longer than that, it would be best to find childcare for your appointment.
Yes, please! Don't starve during your appointment. I have a small selection of snacks to offer, but you're also welcome to bring your meal (I'll even heat it up for you if you like!) or order DoorDash as well. DoorDash is quite familiar with our location :)
I accept all standard methods of payments as well as a few payment plan options. I partner with Cherry Financing for extension packages, and you're also welcome to use Vagaro's Pay Later feature when checking out your color service.
